If a supplier registration is set to Request for More Information(RMI) by an approver and the Supplier corrects the data and resubmits, the re-submission is only available to the approver that sent the original RMI and not to all approvers.

Steps:
1. Supplier submits registration.
     Suppliers > Supplier Registration > Register Suppliers
2. Registration is submitted for approval to multiple approvers.
3. One of the Approvers creates a Request for More Information (RMI) which triggers an email to the Supplier
4. The Supplier provides the additional information and re-submits the registration
5. The registration is assigned to only one Approver who did the RMI, rest of all are bypassed.
