E-PIA : Configurable Search - Multiple Values in BU Search Criteria Values Disappear After Clicking Search

Symptoms
When multiple Values in Business Unit field using "in" for the search criteria along with other parameters such as a date range, the values will disappear after clicking on search.
Replication steps:
------------------
1. In FSCM application , navigate to General Ledger >Journals > Create/Update Journal Entries.
2. Click the Find an Existing Value button to change from Add to Update/Display:
3. Change the ‘operator’ for Business Unit from ‘=’ to ‘in’.
4. Click on the Prompt icon (magnifying glass) to bring up the list of Business Units.
a. In the Business Unit search field, type US and click the Search button.
b. Select US001, US003, US004, US005, and US006.
c. Click the OK button to return to the main search page.
5. Make the following changes and click the Search button:
a. In the Journal ID search field, type 0.
b. In the Journal Date search field change the operator to ‘>=’ and use the value 01/01/2020.
c. In the Journal Header Status field, change the value to Posted to Ledger(s).
d. In the Source field, remove the value.
6. After clicking Search, the Business Unit ‘in’ search field’s value has changed to just US006 and no search has been found – this is an issue.
7. Repeat the original entry of the Business Unit ‘in’ search fields value and click Search.
8. Verify that there are results:
9. Change the Journal ID’s search field from ‘begins with' 0 to a % and then click the Search button:
Note that the Business Unit’s ‘in’ field list has gone back to just US006 and there are no search results. This is an issue.
Repeat the step of selecting the multiple Business Units and click the Search button again. Note that there are actual results
