Self Service Payment History Page Will Not Close After Opening On Some PeopleTools Releases. (Doc ID 2974362.1)

Symptoms



When the Payment History Option is turned on in the SF Institution Set the user has the option to view payments and the charges those payments paid.

In some tools releases (8.59.19 , 8.60.07) the payment history banner can be seen at the bottom of the page and after opening a payment to view the data, the secondary modal page does not close when the "X" is pressed.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Campus Solutions PIA as a student.
2. Click on the Financial Account Fluid Tile.
3. Navigate to the Menu Item Payment History.
4. Click on the any row under Payment Details.
5. The page displayed has the header appearing beneath the page and user is unable to exit the page as the close button at the top right corner does not respond.



Changes

PeopleTools upgrade to 8.59.19 or 8.60.07 was the only known change.
