Symptoms
The Form I-9 cannot be corrected by employee on the day submitted
An employee has submitted an incorrect Form I-9 and needs to correct the form. The system currently prevents the employee from correcting the Form I-9 on the same day. But since the form needs to be completed on or before the first day of employment this is not possible.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Employee self service > Personal Details > Form I-9 > Fill out the form and submit
2. Try to edit the submitted form , getting error
