E-PIA: Can not Edit in the Preview Page of Rich Text Editor (Doc ID 2975076.1)

In PT 8.56, users can edit in the Preview page of Rich Text Editor. But after upgrading to PT 8.60.05, users can no longer to edit in Preview page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into PIA.

2. Navigate to Set Up HCM -> Common Definitions -> HR Notification -> HR Notification.

3. Create a notification email.

4. Preview.

5. There is no way to edit.
