Symptoms
Benefits Summary screen used to be available after someone had separated employment. But after Image 43, benefit details are not showing for the termed employees.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a Retired or Terminated Employee to review benefits for. Navigation: Benefits > Review Employee Benefits > Benefits Summary.
No details are displayed
Changes
Apply HCM PUM Image 44 or later.
