Requisition Open Quantity "QTY_OPEN_STD" In Requisition Distribution "REQ_LN_DISTRIB" Does Not Decrease When Changing the Supplier During the Requisition Selection Process (Doc ID 2975278.1)

Symptoms


Requisition Open Quantity on the requisition distribution is not decreased during the requisition selection page if item has two suppliers and the supplier is changed during the requisition selection process.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to : Purchasing > Requisition > Add/Update requisition and create a new requisition for 2 BOXES.
  2. Save and approve the requisition.
  3. Navigate to : Purchasing > Purchase Order > Stage/Source Requests > Requisition selection.
  4. Select the requisition and change the supplier.
  5. Save the page.
  6. Now query the REQ_LN_DISTRIB record and notice that the QTY_OPEN_STD is not decreased.
