Fluid RTV Is Creating RTV With Different Header And Line Business Unit When Created From My Requisition Tile For Different User Than the Signed in User (Doc ID 2975496.1)

Symptoms

When User creates a RTV for fluid requisition from the My Requisition tile for a requisition created by different user, system is creating the RTV with header Business Unit different than the line Business Unit.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. As user A : Navigate to eProcurement tile > Create requisition tile and create a new requisition and submit it.
2. Navigate to Purchasing > Purchase Order > Add/Update POs and copy that requisition to a PO and dispatch the PO.
3. Navigate to : Purchasing > Recipes > Add/update receipts and create a new receipt for that PO.
4. Now as USER B sign in and navigate to : eProcurement tile > My Requisition tile and press on the Action icon.
5. Choose create return.
6. Submit the RTV.
7. Run query to view the RTV line and header BU.
8. Notice that the BU at the RTV header is different than the BU at line level.
