Fluid Requisition Cart External Item Amount Getting Auto Updated When Click on Requisition Schedule Line.

When we are adding an external item from third party vendor some of the items are getting auto updated. Example: When we are adding item with amount 38 dollars it gets updated to 380 when submission.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create web supplier requisition
2. Select an item and update the cart and return to PeopleSoft
3. The quantity line and price looks good. Quantity 1 price 38.49 and total amount $38.49
4. Go to Schedule line. It is showing quantity 20 , price 38.49 and total amount $769.80
