You have insufficient access to retrieve this data. (30,15)

The issue can be replicated at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Enterprise Components > Data Privacy Framework > Maintain Data Privacy Settings
  2. For scenario #1 - Add a field on the JOB record that was not previously marked as Sensitive/PI, such as ANNUAL_RT
  3. For scenario #2 - Remove the Sensitive/PI checkboxes for an existing field, such as LAST_HIRE_DT field
  4. Navigate to Enterprise Components > Data Privacy Framework > Query Masking > Run Query Masking Data Sync
  5. Run the sync in Full mode
  6. After that is complete, go to Reporting Tools > Query > Query Manager
  7. Create a new Query using JOB record
  8. For scenario #1 - use the Annual Rate field in the conditions for the query
  9. For scenario #2, use LAST_HIRE_DT in the conditions for the query
  10. Error will be thrown when the user tries to run the query
