Last updated on MAY 27, 2024
Applies to:
PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Benefits Administration - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
The maximum Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution for employees increases by 1000 for employees age 55 and older. In the text below the Employee Annual Contribution field next to the Maximum Employee Contribution amount is an information icon which, when selected, explains that increase in the amount. In Open Enrollment, the information icon does not display beside the Maximum Employee Contribution for employees attaining that age in the calendar year of the Open Enrollment even though the amount correctly includes the increase.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. An employee currently age 54 who will attain 55 in the upcoming year navigates to Employee Self Service homepage > Open Enrollment tile > Benefits Enrollment step > Health Savings Account (HSA) tile.
2. Employee selects an HSA Benefit Plan.
3. See that there is no information icon displayed next to the Employee Maximum Contribution.
