E-DPK: PeopleTools DPK Installation On Solaris Fails With Non-Root User When "SYSCFG" Option is Used to Run Prerequisites (Doc ID 2975930.1)

Symptoms

While installing DPK mid tier on Solaris 11.4 as non-root user, the prerequisite run step with root user is getting failed when syscfg option is used.
 
Below error is showing at command line/terminal:
Setting up System Settings:  [FAILED]

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the PeopleTools DPK for Solaris
2. Run the prerequisite with root user using below command:
    ./psft-dpk-setup.sh --prereq --syscfg
3. Notice that it fails on setting up system settings.
