Symptoms

Receiving Error "GetField: Field 'RE_LABELS_WRK.LBL_GRPBOX_01' not found in scroll level 0. (2,155)RE_CRTICDTINQ.GBL.RE_CRTICDT_WRK.RowInit PCPC:111 Statement:2" on the Critical Date Inquiry page after clicking on a Search Result Entry if the Option in question does not have at least one recipient.

"GetField: Field 'RE_LABELS_WRK.LBL_GRPBOX_01' not found in scroll level 0. (2,155) RE_CRTICDTINQ.GBL.RE_CRTICDT_WRK.RowInit PCPC:111 Statement:2

The specified field was not found in the indicated scroll level. This may occur with various PeopleCode built-in functions that specify a "scroll context" via a series of records and a field name.

Review the PeopleCode that is generating the message and the page definition and correct as appropriate"


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a New Generic Receivable Lease
Navigation: Lease Administration > Receivables Leases > Create New Receivables Lease
2. Add a new Option on the Options and Critical Dates Tab/Page and don't fill in any Recipient.
3. Save and Activate the Lease
4. Navigate to Lease Administration > Reports > Critical Dates Inquiry(page) and search for the newly created Lease
5. Click on the Newly created Lease Number
6. The error is displayed as a pop-up in a new window on the "Critical Date Detail" page
