"Warning - The Check number is not correct. (6520,20)" Message Apears Twice When User Tries to Change the National ID for an Existing Belgian EmplID. (Doc ID 2976763.1)

Symptoms

When user tries to change the National ID for an existing Belgian EmplID and save the page, the below warning messages is triggered.
This warning message only has an OK button. If user clicks the "Save" button, the same warning message as below appears, but now with the possibility to cancel the change via "Cancel" button.


"Warning — The Check number is not correct. (6520,20)
 The check number in the national id is not correct according to the Belgian Mod 97 rule."


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Biographical > Modify a Person
2. Search for an existing Belgian EmplID
3. Change the "National Register Number" so that it fails the checksum mod (97) validation and tab out of the "National ID" edit box
4. Click the "OK" button
5. Now click the "Save" button.
