Applies to:
PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Human Resources - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
The new ‘Proof of Coverage’ column that appears on a Benefit Statement can be hidden via configuration on the new ‘Benefit Statement Template’ page. You can do this on the ‘Dependent Enrollment’ Section on the config page. When you uncheck, this column no longer appears within the ‘Dependent Enrollment’ section in Benefit Statement. There is no way to NOT display this new ‘Proof of Coverage’ column under the Election Summary section when you click on the dependent count.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Uncheck the 'Proof of Coverage' from the Benefits statement options. Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Related > Base Benefits > Benefits Statement Template.
- Login as Self-Service User and go to Fluid Home => Open Enrollment tile.
- Enroll Employee in Medical Plan.
- Click 'Submit Enrollment'.
- Check Benefits Statement.
- In the Election Summary click on 'Dependents or Beneficiaries' link for Medical Plan.
- Proof of Coverage field still shows.
