Event Line Comments are Getting Mixed out When Copying a Requisition with More Than 75 Lines with Comments to a New Event (Doc ID 2977079.1)

When copying a requisition with more than 75 lines to an event then copying that event to a new event system is mixing the line comments, like line comment #12 will be placed in event line comment #9

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to : Purchasing > Requisition > Add/Update requisition and create a new requisition with 75 lines.
2. Add line comments to the requisition lines.
3. Navigate to Sourcing > Create events > Create Events details and create a new event.
4. Copy the requisition to that event and post the event.
5. Now from the same navigation create a new event and copy the previous event to that new event.
6. Review the line comments, notice that system is placing the line comments in the wrong line numbers.
