An employee selects the Life tile on the Enrollment Summary page and adds a new beneficiary. The employee reallocates the benefit between existing beneficiaries and the new one just added. When the employee returns to the Enrollment Summary, the beneficiary count on the Life tile has not changed.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Employee navigates to Employee Self Service homepage > Benefit Details tile > Benefits Enrollment tile > Life tile.
     2. Click the Add/Update Beneficiaries button.
     3. Add a new beneficiary.
     4. On the election page, reallocate the benefit among previous beneficiaries and the new beneficiary just added.
     5. Click Done to return to the Enrollment Summary.
     6. Check the beneficiary count on the Life tile on the Enrollment Summary to see that it does not include the beneficiary just added.
