Student(s) Not Created in SFP System After Running Process SFP Messages with the 'Student Initiation' Message Class; Application Event Error Report Shows Message 'No student with External Student Id <ID number> exists in Vocado' (Doc ID 2977801.1)

Symptoms

When running Process SFP Messages ((SCC_VOC_INTF) with the 'Student Initiation' Message Class, the process runs to Success, but at least one student does not have the expected record created in the SFP system. Subsequently, further steps such as running the SAFI will also not process the student.

If an Application Event Error report is produced for the FasSafiSyncEvent message class, the missing student(s) will show on the report with the message:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Campus Community > Student Fin Planning Interface >Process SFP Messages.
2. On the Run Control page select the Message Class = Student Initiation.
3. Run the Process, noting it finishes in 'Success' status.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the 'Student Academic and Fin Info' (SAFI) Message Class.
5. Run the Application Event Error Report for the FasSafiSyncEvent message class, noting any messages saying "No student with External Student Id <ID number will show here> exists in Vocado".
6. In the SFP system, verify the student is not found.
