'Erreur SQL dans Exec' on Campus Preferences Page when Logged in as a Student in French (CFR) Language

Symptoms
When logging in as a Student in French (CFR) language and navigating to to My Preferences, Campus Preferences, the following error displays on the page:
Erreur SQL dans Exec.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login as student in French (CFR) language.
- Click on 'Actions'.
- Go to 'Mes préférences'.
- Go to 'Préférences Campus'.
- Observe the PeopleCode SQL error.
