E-PTF: While Replaying Test, Log.SnapShot Is Not Capturing the Complete Window After Failure (Doc ID 2978009.1)

PTF Log.SnapShot is not capturing the complete window when test fails during replay on Edge and Chrome browser. It is only capturing a small part of the window/webpage.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to PTF and run a test that can fail or add extra step in test that can fail.
2. On failure, test logs captures the snapshot on failed screen.
3. Review the snapshot from test logs and notice that it didn't capture the whole webpage.
