ELM 9.2: When Importing AICC Course & Class, Users Get Error "Maintain Keywords Maintain Keywords" (Doc ID 2978119.1)

When importing AICC Course & Class, the delivery method type seems to be incorrect and users get an error when saving the class.

Maintain Keywords

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) ELM > Set Up ELM > Installation Defaults

2) ELM > Set Up ELM > Catalog > Class Template

Modify the "Full Course & Class Template" so the Delivery method has value "1010" (Web-Based Training)

3) ELM > Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Import Catalog

Import the files
Once loaded, click the Edit icon.
Set the status to Active, and set the Course Code as desired
Add the Currency Code value in both Learning Method and Deliver and Class Information sections
On Class information section, set the class to Active status, and Save. Error occurs
