CRM: Lower Case "am" and "pm" Not Accepted On Time Fields, Causes Error "Time field format error. Please re-enter using the proper format." (Doc ID 2978120.1)

Symptoms

Worker 360 Degree View gives error if the time is entered using lower case letters. For example, "2pm".

Time field format error. Please re-eter using the proper format.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu > Worker 360 Degree View page, and search for the desired person
2. Enter a value of "2pm" in the Callback Time field
