Symptoms
HR Notepad display of History is incorrect
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Text Catalog and Notepad > Configure HR Notepad. Turn on Audit for JOB and MIL Sub-Ids
2. Navigation: Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Biographical > Military General Availability. Click the Notepad icon and Enter a new MIL Note
3. Edit the note after Audit is turned on and Save
4. Reload General Availability MIL Component – Retrieve Edited Note
5. On View Note History, the information is not correct.
