Symptoms

When attempting to upgrade CM 15 to 16, and run "post_upgrade_script.sh" script, it fails with error


Upgrading Terraform and OCI_CLI: [FAILED]

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. from cloud manager settings tile > manage update, apply CM 16 upgrade
2. run "post_upgrade_script.sh" script as instructed
