HCM: In Payroll Step of the Job Data Fluid Activity Guide, if on the Earnings Tab and Add a New Row, User Returns to the Job Tab (Doc ID 2978430.1)

When in the Payroll step of the Job Data Fluid Activity Guide and on the Earnings subpage/tab if add a new row by clicking on the + (plus icon), User returns to Job subpage / tab and does not remain on the Earnings subpage /tab. 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in as Administrator
2. navigate to Workforce Administrator dashboard
3. click Manage Human Resources tile.
4. click Manage Jobs tile and {search/select} existing Employee
5. click on Create New Job button
6. go to Payroll step and in Earning Distribution Section, click Earning tab
7. then, click add a new row by clicking on the + (plus icon), notice returns to Job sub page / tab and does not remain in the Earnings subpage.
