ABMGT: Comments Not Saved for Fluid Mass Approve/Deny

Symptoms
If a manager enters comments for mass approval/denial of absence events, the comments are not retained to the individual entries.
Steps to Reproduce
- Manager Clicks Approvals Tile>Absence Request Tile.
- List of all pending entries are presented.
- Click the 'select all' check box and choose action (approve/deny)
- Enter comments.
- Submit action.
When the individual entries are accessed, there are no comments in the comments box.
