Symptoms
When attempting to open the detail on External Org Service Indicator Audit page
the following error occurs.

Called from:SCC_SIADT_ORG_SRCH.GBL.SCC_SIAUDIT_WRK.SCC_AUDIT_SRCH_BTN.FieldChange Statement:1
The specified string is an invalid decimal value.
If necessary, run a PeopleCode trace (SHOW_FETCH) to determine the reason for failure.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a service indicator to any external organization.
Campus Community > Service indicator > Organization > Maintain Service Indicator
2. Open the service indicator audit page
Campus Community > Service Indicator > Organization > Service Indicator Audit
and search for the service indicator, or the ext org id , or the assigned by or any combination of search fields.
3. See error.
