View Remote Worker Request Link Doesn't Work In Fluid Approvals When Accessed From Portal

Symptoms
While approving the Remote Worker Request, the "View Remote Worker Request" Link doesn't work from Portal. It will only spin and doesn't go anywhere.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Manager > Approvals tile > Access Remote worker request > Click on View Remote Worker Request link
2. User will only get the spinner and eventually time out.
