GPESP: Job Code Task Not Populated in Additional Data Page in the Absence Event when Location is Missing from the Setup

Symptoms
Job Code Task is not populated in the Additional Page in the Absence Event Page when the location is not present in the setup of the Job Code.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Set Up HCM> Foundation Tables>Job Attributes > Job Code Task Table and add data for a Job Code.
2. Leave the Location field empty.
3. Add an absence event for an employee that is linked to the Job Code from step 1.
Go to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Maintain Absences > Maintain Absence ESP> Additional Data
Without Location: job code task is blank on the Additional Data.
4. Repeat the action from step 1, but add a Location for the Job Code.
With Location, the job code task is filled in on the Additional Data when adding an absence event.
