Get Error "Class Row method GetRowset scroll PV_REQ_DIST_WS is invalid." when Clicking on Custom Fields Icon in Requisition Schedule page (Doc ID 2979237.1)

Get error when clicking on custom fields icon in Requisition Schedule page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
     1. Create fluid requisition (Navigation : eProcurement Tile > Create Requisition)
     2. Add an item
     3. Go to schedule page
     4. Click Custom Fields icon
     Issue : Receive an error

Error:

     Class Row method GetRowset scroll PV_REQ_DIST_WS is invalid.
          PV_MOB_WRK.CUSTOM_PB.FieldChange  PCPC:411  Statement:7
          The scroll name has been used as a parameter of the specified method.  It is not valid for the current object.
          Use the PeopleCode Debugger or a PeopleCode trace to determine the point of the error, and correct the program.
