Symptoms

While saving a layout on the client workstation, the following error occurs:

PeopleSoft nVision Designer
An error occurred while saving the layout. The layout may already be open and in use. (28.239)

PeopleSoft nVision Designer
Excel interface exception (E:\PT859P11B_2206290502-retail\peopletools\src\pnsxl\grid.cpp 2523] SaveAs method of Workbook class failed'
Error in "PeopleSoft nVision Designer' (28,160)



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch nVision client.
2. Open an existing layout.
3. Select - File - Save As with a new date.
4. Error message displays.
