Adding a Dependent SSN Information for a Life Event Encounters an Error: Field Is Required: DEP_BENEF_NID - EMPLID (Doc ID 2979297.1)

During a Life Event, when a user adds a new Dependent/Beneficiary and adds an SSN, the following is encountered on the page:


Field is Required: DEP_BENEF_NID - EMPLID

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as an employee and Add an adoption event 3/1/23. Employee Self Service > Benefits Details > Life Event.
2. Select Benefit Enrollment Step and Start my Enrollment
3. Select Medical Tile
4. Select Add/Update Dependent
5. Select Add Individual
6. Enter Dependent details and SSN
7. Click on save to see the error on the page.
