Symptoms
When hiring a new worker via Template Base Hire (TBH), filling in all required fields in template, upon "Save and Submit", instead of showing the new EMPLID created, receive a message.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu - Workforce Administration - Smart HR Template - Smart HR Transactions
2. Create Transaction
3. enter data on all of the three (3) Tabs and click on Save and Submit
3. Add Template Based Hire, enter hire details with current effective date
4. Navigate to Main Menu - Workforce Administration - Smart HR Template - Manage Smart HR Transactions in order to review the Errors
