EC: Fluid Delegation Resubmit Button Still Displays 'Maximum number of records found matching specific key(s)' Error in FSCM 9.2 PUM 47 and Above (Doc ID 2979924.1)

Symptoms

When testing FSCM 9.2 PUM Image 47 upgrade, users are still receiving the error below that was supposed to be fixed by Bug 34673458 in PUM46. Checked the PS_MAINTENANCE_LOG and the bug has been applied.

Application : FSCM 9.2 PUM Image 47 and PUM 48


Sample Replication Steps:
---------------------------

1. Log in as VP1.
2. Navigate to Enterprise Components > Delegation > Create Delegation Request
3. Create a new request.
4. Select VP2 as Proxy.
5. Select any transactions.
6. Submit the request.
7. Log in as VP2.
8. Click on the Fluid Approvals Tile.
9. On the left Panel of the page, click 'Delegation of Authority'.
10. Click on the Delegation request that was submitted above.
11. Click the More button.
12. Click Resubmit.
13. Error is displayed.
