Symptoms

After using the Page and Field Configurator to Hide a field or link, the page will open with the link hidden.

When a new row is added to the page, the hidden field/link will reappear on the page.

If the user attempts to save at this point the following error will display:

Fetching array element 2: index is not in range 1 to 1. (180,252) EOCC_COMP_CONFIG.Utility.RequiredEdit.OnExecute Name:RefreshFields PCPC:544 Statement:12
Called from:EOCC_COMP_CONFIG.Utility.RequiredEdit.OnExecute Name:RequiredEdit Statement:4
Called from:EOCC_COMP_CONFIG.Services.Component_SavePreChange.OnExecute Name:execute Statement:8
Called from:PT_RCF.ServiceInterface.OnExecute Name:eve_execute Statement:141

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Using any component that you've hidden a link to a subpage on  (eg the"Names History' link on  NAMES_PERS component)

2 Add a new row on the page and click  'submit'.

3 See the hidden link reappear.

4 Click Save.

5 See the error noted above.
