Symptoms
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Create Fluid requisition
Navigate to Self Service > eProcurement > Create requisition
2. Add a special request
Add one line with values
Item Description = more than 656 chars
Enter Price, Quantity, Category, Currency Code and Unit of Measure (UOM)
3. After UOM is entered, the refresh triggers the error.
