User With "PeopleSoft Administrator" role not able to see the Search Data for Search Definition "EP_AP_VOUCHERS", In Search Category test page and On Kibana Dashboard

Steps:

1. Make sure user have access to Regular Entry (VCHR_EXPRESS) component, using PeopleSoft Administrator role
2. Go to Search Category Test page (Navigation: PeopleTools > Search Framework > Utilities > Search Category Test page) and Search for the Data using Search Category "EP_AP_VOUCHERS"
       OR
    Open the Early Detection and Monitoring Kibana Dashboard.

• Kibana Dashboards or Search Category Test page, not showing any data even when there is a data in the search index.
