Connecting from PeopleSoft to Taleo SaaS service
Issue:

When using PeopleSoft Integration broker to communicate with Taleo web service ( for e.g https://<zone>.taleo.net/smartorg/soap?ServiceName=WebServiceUsageReporting ),
the following error is received in the IB gateway errorlog.
