EAP: Error Received When Adding a South Sudan Eco Bank SWIFT ID For a Supplier Bank Account, "The SWIFT Number Must Have a Valid Two Character Country Code Beginning in Position 5. (9450,55)" (Doc ID 2980823.1)

Symptoms

An error is received when entering a South Sudan Eco Bank SWIFT ID for a Supplier Bank Account. 


ERROR

"The SWIFT number must have a valid two character country code beginning in position 5. (9450,55)"


STEPS
-----------------------
Suppliers Supplier Information Add/Update Add/Update Supplier > Location tab > Payables link > Supplier Bank Account Options, enter the following:

- Country = SDN (Sudan)

- Bank ID = Enter Bank ID

- DFI Qualifier = 02 (SWIFT ID/BIC)

- DFIID = Enter SWIFT ID

- Click OK

- Error received
