E-PCM: Refreshing Environment Metadata Failed With Error "Java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError" After Cloud Manager Upgrade From Version 15 To 16 (Doc ID 2980898.1)

Symptoms

Error encountered while refreshing environment metadata after Cloud Manager (CM) upgrade from 15 to 16.

Following error can be observed in CM PIA after clicking on refresh metadata button:

Java Exception: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/sshd/scp/client/channel/DefaultscpClientCreator: during call of com.peoplesoft.pa.cl.common.EnvironmentDetail.getEnvironmentDetails.
ECL_ENV_DETDTWK.ECL_ENV_APPLY.FieldChange PCPC:307 Statement:3
The noted Java error was thrown during a call of the given method.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In upgraded PCM 16, Open Environments Tile from home page.
2. Choose the desired environment and click details
3. Click Refresh metadata

Changes

 Upgrade Cloud Manager from version 15 to 16.
