Symptoms

Error when Receiving Purchase Order Acknowledgement For Oracle Business Network: 

StringIndexOutofBoundsException: start 1, end -1, length 40


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Dispatch an EDX PO
2. Run POXMLP
3. PO dispatches successfully
4. PO Received on OBN
5. Purchase Order Acknowledgement Sent 
6. Error received on Web Server: StringIndexOutofBoundsException: start 1, end -1, length 40
