TCSI: 'The Unique Constraint With the SQL Object SSR_HM_SWAP_CLASSES' Error When Swap the Classes

Symptoms
When the user attempts to run the SSR_HM_STDNT Application Engine program, the following error occurred.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Select a student ID whose unit enrollment to class U1 is posted to TCSI.
- In enrollment request page, swap the enrollment from class U1 to class U2 such that course topic Id is same for both the classes.
- Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Enrollment Reporting > AUS Regulatory Reporting > TCSI > Transaction Maintenance > TCSI Unit Enrollment.
- Search for Student' s enrollment to class U2. Observe that Post button is visible instead of Swap on the transaction page.
- When we post this unit enrollment, following error is returned from TCSI: 10605ENRLOG - Attempt to report a duplicate unit enrollment.
