Symptoms

Issue

General Ledger -  Control Totals and Actual Totals are not updated once you import and modify a spreadsheet journal

Replication Steps
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Configure the Spreadsheet Journal Template (JRNL1_WS)

2. Create and upload a new journal with 'Edit' option ON

3. Navigate to: Menu > General Ledger > Journals > Journal Entry > Create/Update Journal Entries

The journal Status is V (Valid)

4. Modify the same Journal id using Spreadsheet Template > Journal Lines Amount

5. Reimport the Journal in PIA journal with 'Edit' option ON

6. Navigate to: Menu > General Ledger > Journals > Journal Entry > Create/Update Journal Entries

The journal Status is V (Valid)

7. Observe that Total Debits and Total Credits were correctly updated 

8. Go to Totals Tab and notice that Control Totals / Actuals Totals are not updated.

Changes

 Modified the App Engine program GL_JRNL_UPLD ChkUpdt GBL so that the Journal Control Totals are updated upon reimports
