Receive an Error "Attachment failed to download. (18036,10014) File not found. (18036,10012)" when Viewing the Attachment on the Event Comments and Attachments page (Doc ID 2981458.1)

Symptoms


Receive an error when viewing the attachment on the Event Comments and Attachments page.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
     1. Navigate : PeopleTools > Utilities > Administration > Maintain URLs
          Add URL for SFTP
     2. Navigate : Setup Financials/Supply Chain > common Definitions > File Attachments> Administer File Attachments
          Add URL Server and Select the Pick Active Server
     3.Navigate : Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details
          Create New Event by copying requisition line
          Go to Event Settings and Options page and uncheck Allow Split Analysis Review
          Go to Event Comments and Attachments page
          Upload an attachment (first.pdf)
          Save the Event
          Check the file in the SFTP server. First.pdf is saved in the directory
     4. Open the Event
          Go to Event Comments and Attachments page
          Delete the attachment
          Click Ok for the message “Delete current/selected rows from this page? The delete will occur when the transaction is saved.”
          Click Ok to close the page
          Leave the Event Component
          Click No for the message “Do you want to save your changes? Click Yes to go back and save, or No to discard your changes.”
          Check the file in the SFTP server. The file is deleted from the directory even if the event is not saved
     5. Navigate : Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details
          Open the Event
          Go to Event Comments and Attachments page
          Click View button
          Issue : Receive Error Message

Attachment failed to download. (18036,10014) File not found. (18036,10012)
