Incorrect Coverage Code Descriptions Display on the Plan Overview Popup Page in Fluid Benefits Enrollment When New Descriptions Have Been Entered (Doc ID 2981501.1)

Symptoms

On the Plan Overview popup page, the Coverage Code does not display when its Effective Date is later than the current date.
 
Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Create a new Coverage Code with an Effective Date as of the next Open Enrollment Effective Date (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Related > Base Benefits > Plan Attributes > Health Coverage Code).
     2. Update a Dental Plan with this new Coverage Code on the Benefit Program (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Related > Base Benefits > Program Structure > Benefit Program Table).
     3. Create Open Enrollment Events (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing).
     4. Employee navigates to Employee Self-Service homepage > Open Enrollment tile, Benefits Enrollment step.
     5. Employee selects the Dental tile.
     6. Employee selects the Overview of All Plans button.
     7. See a blank Coverage Code for the Plan instead of the description.
