Country Address Format Not Working as Expected After Upgrading to PUM 28.

Symptoms
When the user attempts to navigate to addresses page, the country appeared even after country address format configured is not display.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set Up Common Objects > Install > Country Address Format
2. Search Country Code
3. Click on Display and Print Tab and then
4. Uncheck the Include in Display for COUNTRY
5. Save the Changes
6. Go to Profile Tile> Addresses

Upgraded the application to PUM 28.
