Receipt line price is editable on Maintain Receipts Page. Receipt line price should not allowed to update and be display only.

Steps to Reproduce Issue:

1. Navigate to Purchasing > Receipts > Add/Update Receipts and Add or Select a Receipt

2. Receipt Price Field is editable
