Medical tile shows old Benefits Plan Description after selecting the plan during Open Enrollment.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Add a new row to Benefit Plan table as of future date. Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Related > Base Benefits > Plans and Providers > Benefit Plan Table > Benefit Plan Table.
2. Go to Employee Self-Service => Benefit Details => Open Enrollment.
3. Enroll in Medical Plan with future effective date.
