Symptoms

Users encounter an invalid warning message in Fluid Job when the hourly rate matches exactly.

Warning -- Hourly Rate is less than the minimum specified in the Salary Grade Table. (1000, 32)


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 1. Enter a Job data transaction for PAY/ADJ (or any action reason) – Selecting step 1 and click Default Pay Components. Navigation: HR Administrator > Manage Human Resources > Manage Job.
 2. The validation step produces this warning that Hourly Rate is less than the minimum specified in the Salary Grade Table.
 3. Review the Salary Grade range minimum. It matches the Job Entry rate.
 4. Review the Salary Grade comp rate for Step 1. It matches the Job Entry rate.
