EPY: Employee Tax Data Will Not Be Automatically Updated for This employee.(2000, 938) Error When Transferring Employee to New Tax Location or Adding Employment Instances (Doc ID 2981795.1)

Symptoms

When the user attempts to transfer the employee to new tax location or adding employment instance, the following error occurred. This issue started after applying the patch 33952694.
 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Payroll for North America > Employee Pay Data CAN >Tax Information > Update Employee Tax Data
2. Add New Row with Effective Date (e.g 12/14/2022)
3. Navigate to Main Menu > Workforce administration > Job Information > Job data
4. Search Employee and Add a New Effective Dated Row (Same Effdt in Update Employee Tax Data Page) for Promotion in Job Data
5. Save the Job Data
